Clearly they have ability and on their day ALL have shone in reds colours. Cavare even finished in League 1 team of the year last season. All frustratingly inconsistent I accept, but starting players to not even making the bench? Little or no mention in the media... Whats the latest with these lads... Are they still training with us?
By my reckoning all out of contract at the end of the season.

Always liked Cavare going forward with his power and pace, but I never rated him defensively. I still feel his best position would be to play right wing/midfield.

Pinillos was a very tidy player. Solid both defence and attack, only concern I felt was when he came up against pace. Sadly he had none.

Thiam, great touch, pace, and powerful shot. Frustratingly never got out of second gear for me. But clearly has talent!

I was told none of these 3 were training with the first team squad plus a few others (2 have been loaned out).

Wasn't Thiam on the bench not long ago?

Club images clearly show Thiam and Pinnillos Training and done over the past few weeks. Not seen as many of Cavare, but sure I saw one last week with him on too. All with 1st team on the top pitch.

Basically whoever told you this are wrong.

Pinillos regularly puts pictures on Instagram from training. He's definitely training with the first-team squad.

I'm not sure he's good enough, but I've always thought he was more capable than Ben Williams.

Looks very much as though the first one to go out on loan will be Toby Sibbick.
Apparently Daniel Stendel is keen to sign him for Hearts until the end of
    the season.

I’d only keep Cavare, and then only as a right midfielder.
The other two gave not done enough for me.

Compare andersen and cavare..... Both have made mistakes which have cost goals but one player has still consistently been selected no matter of performance. No way has cavare cost us as much as andersen or even halme for that matter, but yet cavare has not been seen for months! We chose to play a significantly lesser quality player in jordan Williams for the majority of games. I cant help but think personally we have 'cut our nose off to spite our face' with regards to not playing cavare.

I cannot believe Thiam is not getting game time when we keep putting on Casper the friendly ghost for a cameo - we all know Thiam can't do 90 minutes, but he'll give the opposition a lot more to think about then The invisible man.
