    If a fan got found guilty they would receive a lifetime ban, and rightly so. Similarly, where found guilty in other work places I’d imagine the consequence would be significantly different.

    I’m not sure 8 game ban and probably around a weeks wages fine is severe enough to be honest.

    Agree, although in this specific case I understand he was found guilty "on the balance of probability" rather than "beyond reasonable doubt", maybe that explains the relative leniency of the punishment?

    They don't seem to have banned him based on being certain if the statement released is anything to go by. They do have a point here......

    Probability will be simply a wording that covers their back. Independent lip readers verified what was said but lip reading isn't a 100% accurate thing so they have to say on probability even if it's obvious.

    Quite interesting that rather than denying he said the words in question Casilla says "I would never use my words with a racist meaning" which implies he said it but is claiming he didn't mean anything by it
