Regardless of how much we have to pay Liverpool to drop him is now the time to do it? Fail to see what he offers to be honest.

Yes. I am no great fan. Runs down more blind alleys than a blind alley cat. Gives possession away in dangerous areas. Good impact sub to run at tiring teams not a starter for me.

Yes. I don't really see what he offers either. The primary duties of a winger are to take players on and get the ball into the box. It's not very often he actually does either.

Wonderful player is Kent. Drives forward, causes the full back all sorts of problems and is superb on the ball. Better end product and he is in the Premier League.

    So no.

He's frustrating but I like Kent. In a similar fashion to Bradshaw I'm not sure we've found a way to get the best out of him. He tends to get the ball deep with his back to goal, then either falls over or struggles to wriggle free. If he gets the ball in behind he's a constant threat, so quick and dangerous. His end product will come with experience, but for now I see him as a real outlet. Pace is so important in this league as well. I'd love to see us get Lloyd Isgrove back to add to the competition for places out wide.

I'm not Kent's biggest fan. There's clearly some talent there but he's not good enough yet to be guaranteed a starting place in our team.

I've been saying this quite often this season I think he has improved but still gives ball away far too often for me runs down blind alleys like someone else says with very little end product. I'd get hammill back in and watkins on the other wing.

He's a cracking player in the making. Devastating on the break. Just still learning.

Think it will be Marley and Hammill on Wings Monday.

he was excellent at cardiff only a couple of weeks ago. hes young and no doubt consistency will be an issue as for many young players, im sure hecky wont just play him because he's been told to he will play him if he thinks it benefits the team. that will do for me.

I'd be looking at making quite a few changes for Monday given our reduced rest time, and Hammill for Kent would be a change I'd look to make.

I think you're spot on JD. I rate him, I think he's a fantastic player on his day and worth a place in our team but nobody should be gauranteed a starting place.

I don't mind Kent, he's ok but on recent form Scowen & Watkins have both outperformed him out wide so he's been lucky to keep his place.

I'd imagine we'll freshen things up for the Forest game with the short turnaround so Hammill will probably come in for him

Roberts cost us 2 points today. Do we drop him after he comes back from suspension?

I think "drop" is a bit of a severe thing to do to a player that's been part of the team that's only lost 1 game from last 6.

If Hemsworth Tyke had started this thread he would have been battered ☺☺

I'd rather Kent be playing for us than against us. Good player, excellent when we are counter attacking.

One key difference is that I have no grudge against Ryan Kent and have praised him on here previously. At the moment though he (in my opinion) isn't performing for whatever reason. That is hardly the witching that hemsworth tyke goes on against certain players.

My concern is his end product, there is none.
His pace is frightening but he loses possession too easily.
There's a player in there somewhere though, if he keeps working hard then there is much he can achieve.
