    Could be a defining date in our season as well as Sunderland's and Portsmouth's.


    Those 2 teams play one another at the.stadium of light whilst we play our final home game of the season against Blackpool.

    Worth keeping an eye on this.

    I think our main .. bit of fortune.. is that Sunderland will be playing Sat-Tues-Sat.
    But that won't matter a jot if we don't do are own bit and keep winning, got to keep winning at all costs.
    Keep an eye on Pompey coming up on the outside, they've found their form again..

    They lose or draw their games in hand like they did earlier in the season and it may yet be possible. Really hope so!

    With Sunderland dropping points it certainly could be a big day now if Pompey don't win. Beating Blackpool wont be easy mind

    Sunderland will probably have to play Portsmouth without first choice full back Brian Oviedo who
    strained his groin against Coventry. Pompey have to play their remaining games without Omar Bogle
    who is also injured. James Vaughan is his likely replacement. Charlton have failed in their bid to have Chris Sollys red card overturned, so he will now have to serve a four match ban.
