All depends how much we have to contribute doesn't it. I'd have more patience for him if we were developing our own player but he is Liverpools and we won't see him for dust after this season. If he carrys on with performances like that we may aswell send him back. Bring in aryibi from chesterfield.

    Winnall's header
    Watkins' volley that was well-saved
Armstrong's volley that was blocked by the many Wigan players in front of him
The disallowed goal (still counts as a chance, the shot from Hourihane)
Armstrong's long-range shot from far out after great chasing down that just went wide
Numerous long-range efforts of varying quality
Hourihane's effort just before the end which he should have done better with

The header from Armstrong that he put over from 8 yards free in the box

Other than Winnall's none of those are anything more than half chances.

If it's an effort that brought a save from their keeper, a block, just missed the target; it's still a 'chance'

Even if they were half-chances we still nearly scored from Watkins' volley and Armstrong's curling effort. 'Half-chance' is a very subjective thing, and if you're saying all of those were half-chances then we've scored plenty of goals that were half chances this season, so could have scored from any of them yesterday.

Ok their full back wafted a ball 60 yards that if Davies hadn't caught it would have gone in the net. Is that a chance because using your definition it is.
