For those that didn't go last week.

should have finished it off in the first half but it just wasn't to be.

Really pleased with Bradshaw today. I questioned him last week and since he's gone and scored a few goals. Also he's answered those that say he cant play in a 1. Think if we got Moncur a little higher it would benefit him more.

Second half it just shows what we need for me.Disagree if you want but a proper DM's vital imo. Maybe a centre mid might have to go out for that to happen but so be it. Williams and Mcgeehan can compete for the other spot. Mowatt an all rounder.

Plenty still to come back too. Thiam? Fryers (think Yiadom and pearson today have struggled at lb) Mcgeehan Lindsay plus Yiadom or another full back although I think JM looks the business at rb imo

I would like to think that when our injured players are back and Thiam gets clearance that we will be a decent side. I would like to see another striker signed and perhaps another experienced center back. The first half was very easy on the eye for us and we really should have had signed sealed delivered by half time. A striker who is more productive would sort that out. Defence wise we made some immature mistakes but it was not all bad, at least now they are tending to "row Z" it in the panicky tricky moments instead of fecking about like in the past. We lost...yes, but for me I saw a lot of hope there. Lets hope it begins to gel sooner than later.

Mowatt an all rounder. Had to go to A&E as I've laughed up me spleen

Oh and Mr Moncur needs to knuckle down and do some actual graft. A lot of flying about to absolutely zero effect.

He disappeared in the second half when the going got tough. Should have buried that chance in the first half. Jury still very much out. Still not working hard enough as far as I can see.

The moment that changed the game for me Fired.

He's not the type of player for hard work off the ball. I've mentioned this before but he's very similar to R Sawyer who played AM at Walsall.Look at the first goal on Tuesday night. Got in that gap and will feed the balls through with ease. He's not a player that will choose to shoot when he doesn't. Provide rather than take all the glory.

Problem is Hemmsy, hard work is a pre requisite of this team. We can't afford passengers. We need every player to graft their socks off. Not doubting the talent of him or Mowatt, and maybe there's something there with Potts (failing to see it yet), but they could all take a leaf out of Hammill's book in terms of graft. Every single player need to work, otherwise we don't work. Think Hedges has the work ethic, and Bradshaw was miles better today than last week.

When things are going for him he will tackle and look all action. Seeing him play a bit now. The further he plays forward the better he looks.

No good for us then. Get back to his comfort zone at Colchester

Think that's my problem with him. Looked fine first half. Going got tough second half, and he looked lost. We can't afford players to go missing like he did. He's the senior player in that midfield two. He needs to be looking after Williams, not the other way round.

Any player who is not prepared to work hard off the ball shouldn't, in my opinion, be considered for the team

If you build the right sort of team he's vital.

I don't care that we're not these teams but how many tackles does Silva do or Ozil, Alli, Fabregas....... so on

Yes you are right about these players, if only we had a spare 50 million to buy one of them and the same again for wages. Until then the players we buy have to work for the TEAM

Or get the team balance right so he can play.

He's not good enough to justify building a side around him that will allow him to do what he likes.

Colchester tried it and got relegated.

Alternatively he could just work harder, That would be the easiest solution.
