    How long has LJ been a manager now? Is is three seasons? He's young but perhaps it isn't naivety that is the problem.

    Exactly. In his 3rd season, Danny Wilson was promoting us to the Premier League. Being young and inexperienced only cuts it as an excuse for so long. I think the guy is just not up to it. How many years has Eddie Howe been a manager? Someone will know for sure but it can't have been much longer than LJ. And LJ will never be in Howe's league.
