No need for personal abuse. From the one poster who continually singles individuals out for undeserved stick.

You really do take the biscuit don’t you? Dear me.

By the way, Peter Schmeichel, probably Man Utd’s greatest keeper and seen as a man mountain, 6’3”.

Not sure your 6’4” assertion is true. But then it was probably not meant to be taken literally by the bloke who said it to you.

The best keeper in the premier league so far this season has been Ederson. 6’2”. Plenty big enough. Gordon banks was 6’1”.

Butland has looked poor this season, Cech hasn’t been great for a few years.

Adam Davies is 6’3”. Are you saying he is not tall enough or not good enough?

Oblak is smaller than Davies by the way.

Kevin Keegan was told he was too small to make it.

Think he was winding you up, oh the irony!

    Ben Amos, 6ft 3
    Joel Pereira, 6ft 2
Ilias Moutha-Sebtaoui, 6ft and half an inch

And surely even you remember they signed the excellent 17 year old 6ft 2 Luke Steele for £500,000.

I'd stick the ex Barnet full back in between the sticks. So good he can probably play anywhere.

What did you think of his performance in the South Yorkshire clubs win yesterday?

Adam Daives is barely 6ft. I've met him. At 6ft 2 he's not close to me.

Ederton the best? no De gea the best for me in world football. Courtois second with butland third. (premier league top 3)

I said to you the other day. If you think i've abused anyone prove it to me. Show me. I don't want to come across that way. if not then shut it with that.

I spoke to him quite a bit about what happened to his son. He said it was almost instant. He and the players mum had to go in for test. he was a wrist test blood test and other things i've forgotton. he had been on a number of tours inc China and america but that was that and he was gone.

Still got nightmares over the last keeper we brought in from Arsenal. Funny though because one of the best keepers I've seen at Barnsley wasn't tall

Abso-bloomin-lutely, given the choice between Sergio Aguero, Luis Suarez, Jamie Vardy or Fola Onibuje to lead the attack, anyone's going to go for big FO every time.........

Cech one of the worlds best? It’s not 2006.

Butland? Seriously? He can’t dislodge Joe Hart for England. Mentioning him alongside Neuer, Oblak etc is a bit like me throwing Walcott in there with Messi, Ronaldo, Suarez, Kroos etc

Last seen picking the ball out of the net about 8 times at St James Park if memory serves.

More credibility in Shane McGowan talking about the attributes required to be a male model.

The average height of the players we brought in in the summer was 6 feet and 0.72 inches. hardly giants.

They did tho - too small and frail.
But still Couldn't see him playing as a goalkeeper, centre back or a target striker.
