Think it was more to do with him being switched back onto the right in the second half today, not sure which foot is his stronger but from what I've seen he looks better on the left wing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That's why Hammill should play; even if he isn't playing well he is capable of brilliance. That's the difference between him and a less experienced player like Kent: he's got the end product which Kent needs to learn (and he will do, but his decision-making needs to improve) That said, Kent and Watkins were both excellent today so Hecky has a selection headache
But had he not scored the goal (which he took well) what would your comment on his performance today have been? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I like Brownhill, I really do, and didn't want him to leave. But as we currently have Hourihane (although probably off in the next few months unfortunately), Scowen and Morsy - I think if spending money on a midfield player it would have to be Morsy. I've been so impressed with him recently. Despite the 2 regulars being back for the next game, Morsy cannot and should not be dropped.
Today showed both sides of him again. Lost the ball easily down the left flank, got frustrated looking toward the middle of the pitch instead of trying to win the ball back as their player charged forward unchallenged. But then all of a few minutes later he rescued us a point with a well taken effort that might just have earned him a start against Burton.
How was he poor? He sent Armstrong through 1-1 with a sublime ball and then he scored one of our goals of the season! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Are you and Hemsworth the same people? Both equally knowledgable about football. And the same mental age. I would take a sub coming on for last 20 mins and scoring the equaliser every time.
Admit it, your lass fancies him doesn't she?, it's ok love, you can tell us, we''re all friends on here
Why do some "fans" have set negative opinions on our players no matter how they perform? Often feels like some of our fans enjoy certain Bfc players failing. Some individuals may even take pleasure in the fact that Sam Winnall had a penalty saved today.
Agree totally. Conon Hourihane has to come in for the young lad but Josh Scowen will probably end up on the bench until the next injury or suspension.
Shut up you absolute plum. I wasn't going to retort to your I'm a better fan than you attempt but 1. You've no idea how many games I go to and 2. when we want your opinion we shall give it to you. 3. Until then try not being a plum now and again, people might respect you a little more.
I'm glad we did. Hammill can be frustrating but he's also a match winner. A very valuable member of the team in my humble opinion.
It does my head in too. They're all good players and they all have their off days. Can't fault anyone today, they all gave 100%. Gobsmacked that some still find it necessary to moan after a great performance where we were unlucky not to win easily.
Hahahahaha I'll let you know when I'm ready to let you out my pocket sweetie. Ta tar Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
