He’s doing very well in 23s by sounds. Hopefully him and Brown can add some back up next season. If we are safe last few games be nice to see him get a few mins this season. See what he’s got.
Yeah strange one think fire power up top now Mcburnie & Moore are on board would make things difficult but would have been interesting to see how this lad would have adapted with same amount of 1st team game time as we gave Ugbo. Surely a different option from bench though?
I agree this lad is scoring nearly every week for the 23s alot of the time it' 2 or 3. Maybe if we were mid table he would have been given his chance but he is on a 3 year deal his time will come in sure.
Strange though how opinions change , I really hope this lad turns out to be the real deal , but if we had not signed Mcburnie or any other striker in the last few days & said we are going to give Adeboyego the chance to step up, I wonder what the reaction would have been , I think I have a fair idea
seen him a few times for the u23s and he's deffo physically ready, he's a real strong mobile 'unit'. we'll see. But the % chances of him coming via the u23's and establishing himself(especially as a striker) isn't the best. But I'd like to see him involved at some point this season.
Can guarantee that some daft foooker on here is going to say - he's not in the team because: 1) He's had a bust up with Hecky. 2) He's one of the other players wife's. It's every time a player dosent get into the side. It's never ever owt to do with him not being quite ready for the first team.
