Alternative Radlinger interview

I’m so happy to have joined Barnsley although I didn’t have many offered elsewhere. I know the fans won’t have had a clue about me prior to signing but I hadn’t known who barnsley were prior to either.

I’ve just wanted to try a different country but didn’t have any offers in Spain, France or Germany and it was either Rotherham or Barnsley to pick from in England as there was no way I was going to China.

I’ve watched the championship on telly before when Man City and Newcastle used to play in it but not bothered since.

I’ve already tried a Percy Turner pork pie so getting used to the surroundings and delicacies as Daniel also says they do a good pilsner in the garrison.

I’m so happy to meet the fans although the atmosphere might be a bit **** especially when we play a dead rubber at home against Wigan. Being close to the pitch means all the nob heads get to run on at end of the season too.

I’m here for 2 years and looking forward to renting a place at gateway plaza where after my contract runs out I’ll either end up signing for Stoke or **** off back to Germany.
