    As long as we ask for bucket loads of cash!!! and he is definitely worth more than stones was when we sold him!!
    still got over a year on his contract - so we can ask what we want closed season!!
    stick a huge sell on fee and that could fund our entire closed season rebuild!

    They're picking the bones of Hull "if they get relegated" and Huddersfield who may or may not be in the premier league next season.

    Do they think they're the only club with brass in this league next season?

    None of them have mentioned Roberts though strangely enough.

    Kent, Yiadom and Hourihane all get a mention.

    Im not in the least bit interested in how big their fans think Middlesbrough are, or should be. But this once again shows the disgraceful attitude that teams and fans have after spending just one season in the Premship.
    And surely this will mean the sack in the pre season for Steve Agnew, as hes failed to keep them up and he was never going to keep them up to be honest.

    My point was that their fans just seem to assume that they can just take as they choose.

    Hourihane from villa? Unless villa are looking to offload him to a smaller club in the same league, it's wishful thinking.

    This wasnt or isnt a pop at your thread Fitz by the way, Im just saying it annoys me when fans have the big time attitude after just one season in the top division.
    And they think they can just go and buy whoever because they have got some money to spend all of a sudden.

    Wigan were and will always will be a Rugby league sporting club/town, and its only since Whelan pumped his millions into them that the footy team went to the top and won the Fa cup etc..
    Now Im glad to see a blatant 'buying' team like Wigan go down again and if Im honest, I feel the same way about Blackburn. They were one of the original 'buying' teams in the early 90s and now they are following Wigan down to the old Third Division!

    Don't see the issue. They have a lot more money than us it's as simple as that.

    It's not much different to us dropping to league one & buying Sam Winnall from Scunthorpe another league one side.
