I am! Seeing who we could be playing next season.
Wondering if we will be first on the programme more than once.
Thinking of all the managers seeing our dugout for the first time.
Wondering if we will finally get to see us beat teams like Everton.
Wondering how many of us will be in our seats come August.

Dreaming, I know, but you have to sometimes.

I'm also looking at what our pitch would look like, sky and the PL wouldn't accept our one based on this season, I know they have caveats, increased floodlight lighting a certain size or facilities for the media, might even get 3G around the pitch.

All of those things could be addressed but I wonder if it’s possible to build a new west stand before August? Probably not

No. I think we are getting ahead of ourselves (unless you meant the likes of WBA and the Blunts). Long way to go to make the playoffs yet. Obviously it’s now entirely in our hands but plenty of time for it to go wrong. Even when we get there we need to win against the other top teams. We can do it of course but again by no means certain. The odds are we will be a championship side next year. But the odds are a lot shorter than they were.
We can do it and we quite possibly will. But to start thinking we are as good as there. That lies the path to severe disappointment

That would be my main objective but probably wouldn't happen due to who owns the ground, but I agree entirely.

Perhaps I put an overly optimistic spin on my post but I definitely do NOT think we are as good as there. Far from it. It was just this weird feeling I had over my usual Sunday morning ritual of breakfast on a tray watching MOTD and Quest EFL, both on FF. I just started thinking for the first time in 21 years “hey, we might do this”. Long way to go to even finish in the top six, and then we will have three much harder games than Walsall and Millwall to get through.

All I’m saying is that it’s possible. Nothing more than that.

You can only be an optimist OR a pessimist. On here.
    I’m in between o_O:)
Which beggars the question. What am I doing on here.
