Oduor was playing well (one silly back-heel excepted). Ludewig was ok but made no difference really.
Styles was having an excellent game, after Bahre came on, the midfield lost it's way completely.

I’m sorry, I have to pick you up on that - Oduor was utterly, utterly gash. Three times he needlessly gave away possession in an area that could have lead to a goal.

Think Oduor was having a very poor game and Styles constantly gave the ball away. Not that Bahre did any better.

Bahre was a like for like replacement because all he did was dribble backwards a few fancy turns and passed the ball to brum.

Oduor tried a silly back-heel which gave them possession, and also misplaced a pass in a dangerous area, but did that warrant a substitution on 23 minutes?

And I thought Styles was having a decent game and was very surprised he was replaced on 45 minutes by Bahre. Poor and unwarranted substitutions in my view.

Morale in the squad must be so low right now - not looking forward to the Fulham game, especially if they take an early lead.

I thought Ludewig was pretty good, better than Williams.

Mystified by the appointment of Struber, by the weird "we've been chasing him a long time" comments, by his tactics, his team selections, his outrageous comments, his attitude, his signings and by the way we lose and he stands there grinning like a Cheshire cat while being interviewed.

Get shut of him and get Murray back in, this clown is worse than morais

I thought at the time, yes he made 2 or 3 silly mistakes that could have been expensive at the time and yes he may be the best defender we have so maybe Struber thought he was taking too much notice of the publicity and wanted to bring him back down to earth.

My impression was that Oduors head had gone after giving the ball away and everything he did after that just compounded the situation. I fully understand why he took him off. Styles also kept giving the ball away. The changes needed making, but unfortunately didn't come off.

i don't think struber understands english football, i really feel we need a british manager. i think styles is yards above anybdy else we have for that position and tet gets brought off, for the first german footballer i have known that gets blown off the ball

The 'chasing him' comment was a further attempt to belittle Stendel in my view.

The problem with Odour is that he has started to stop and look for a square pass in field wheras when he first came in he was bombing on down the touchline swapping passes. Against Wednesday his positioning first half was poor being far too away from his man which helped them bring it under control easily.

sorry but i think murray is worse than struber, if we are going to keep it in house there would be more sense in moving hassell or devaney up or even both, somebody that breathes Barnsley fc

Thought Styles tried driving forward at nearly every opportunity, yet his through balls were read by the oppos and his passing was on a par with the rest of the team.

Surely it would have been better to have a word with Oduor during a break in play? Instead of hanging him out to dry.

"Come on Clarke, FFS. Stop messing about with fancy flicks. You've been brilliant so far but you aren't doing it tonight- Keep it simple and get down the line. You can do it, I believe in you, now go and show me how good you are"

I dont think Struber will be here next season but I would not want to see Murray back in the role.

Think Murray has been part of problem too , been coach all season and we are still making same defensive mistakes over and over

I completely agree. I have nothing against him personally but he was nothing more than a stooge put in place by our owners.
