Jack I bought a scarf from there for the play-off final in 2016 and never received it! It was only £10 but it’s not the point. I never got the scarf and requested my money back and got it. I don’t believe the ‘site is being run any more? I had to chase up by email. Let me know how it goes
They look like a scam operation to me. £14.95 I doubt I will ever see again but that's not the main point. No point of contact and according to reviews trading standards believe they are a scam organisation. Loads of people have ordered and paid money and received nothing.

It does happen where fake profiles are created or people get paid to give false reviews on a product they have never used.
It does...but I can't find any negative replies on their Facebook page either...and there's a lot of engagement on there. They seem to be very popular, so it may be just a case of them struggling to keep up with orders sometimes. Their pages don't smell of 'scam' to me.
All negative comments and complaints have been deleted. Including mine and guess what? I have been blocked from commenting further. According to one reviewer on Trustpilot who received an email from Trading Standards that "they do not operate from a stated address and their website is from a Go Daddy server which makes them virtually impossible to locate which suggests that this company is scamming consumers"
I've come across eBay sellers like this. Plenty of happy customers, but appalling customer service and zero communication when things go wrong. You can see from the Trust Pilot reviews that the majority of their customers get what they've ordered eventually. I think they've bitten off more than they can chew, rather than being scammers per se.
I’ve had a reply from Matt just now (restroom Clasico) saying my coasters (ordered yesterday) will be dispatched on Monday - I’ll keep you all informed
No, just the address plus email address - acc to my bank account, the PayPal payment is still pending In my email to “Matt”, I said I was concerned that other people had told me that they’d ordered goods & not received them (I didn’t say how I knew this information) - I added that I was concerned about my order as a consequence- the reply was the coasters are being dispatched on Monday so if I don’t get them within a few days, I’ll have to get in touch with PP - I’ve thought about trying to stop payment but Monday is within the agreed timescale so not sure exactly what to do at present

After numerous emails sent I got a reply saying a replacement item would be sent. "A replacement?" This suggests they never sent it in the first place. On arrival i am very disappointed with the quality as it is not worth what I paid and I will not use their business again.
Revived an email yesterday (12.53 pm) to say my caster order has been dispatched - allow up to 5 working days (though states most take 2 days) - so ... Sometime between tomorrow (Thursday) and next Monday /Tuesday - I'll let you all know!
I had a problem with a Manchester company a few years back. I got so fed up of the excuses and lies I rang my bank and asked them to take the money back from them. It's called 'charge back'. All banks do it as far as I know.
