read them line by line, they are to do with regulations and laws. If you can’t see that and won’t believe those things, there isn’t much more anyone can do to convince you, is there?

Well I can tell you my experience which is that prior to Christmas we had difficulty tracking orders due to suppliers employees working from home but they arrived in time. Occasionally a day late after covid checks and distancing meant they missed the ferry or the train but nothing major.

Since January the first we have had 150 tonnes of perishable goods that simply haven't arrived yet because they're held up at customs. Goods that should have arrived over the weekend are now a full working week late and we have absolutely no idea when it will make it through customs into the UK.

So. employees might not be able to work just like here which would mean no one can create what you want maybe the wagons can't drive it here as they can't work as they've been told to stay at home , I can't for the life in me understand why people are blaming none arrivals purely on Brexit , yes it might have some part in it but so as covid

No, they're stuck due to brexit. The drivers have set off, the office staff have confirmed they all left.cthry simply aren't getting here.

Why am I blaming brexit? Because it is brexit.

Covid has been here since march. Why do you think all the deliveries between march and December arrived roughly in time but since January 1st we have had significant delays to a large amount of orders?

I am talking from actual experience, you are just guessing. That's the difference.
you guess our suppliers are probably not making the food, I'm telling you that I've been on the phone to the suppliers and the haulage companies today and all state that their drivers are waiting to clear customs.

@pontyrich is conspicuous by his absence after the OP isn’t he...

When even Michael Gove is acknowledging the upcoming (and already happening) import/export clusterfuck, you don’t have too great an argument that things are fine...
