    The last time I looked we'd a first team squad including those who played in the paint pot cup and those out on loan of about 40 players.. the scatter gun approach as been on acid...
    Not going to be an easy job this.. half this seasons automatic starters leaving.
    Two keepers needed and another back four just for starters for next, plus most of the remaining players ether not ready or not good enough at present..

    Our new head coach must be able to improve what we already have or at least get them to work as a team, a unit.
    Going to need someone who's desperate to come and get stuck in..
    And not wanting to know how much he can spend..

    Plus these recruitment guys must be more accountable for who is brought in
    Cos it's always the coach that cops for it..they seem just to hide in the background.
    Another big summer ahead.. if only just to put us on a better footing

    Given his wages and his eagerness to move in January I'd be very surprised if he was still our player next season.
