Do you think conceding so many sloppy goals that Davies has is good enough?

I don't care what anyone says I think it was a better performance than ive seen in a long time Davis didn't have much to do and what he did wasn't good.
A priority signing for the summer (maybe 2)

It’s the reason McCarthy has been out of the team and for me he shouldn’t play again all season.

To come in and make exactly the same mistake that saw him out of the side is appalling. He isn’t learning and it’s probably because he isn’t good enough.

Jose has trusted him and hes llet him down badly there.

This thread is mental. We brought 2 subs on at 1-1 and drew 2-2 so how is that game-changing? Moncur was knackered. He did an 80 yard run just before he went off and then had to stroll back he was so gone. Moore was limping and then went down. You can't blame McCarthy for their second. My main grip with the subs is that Hammill did very little. People have been calling for his return but he wasted his chance today.

No one criticising the subs have said what Morais should have done instead. It must be so easy to say what he shouldn't have done but not what he should have done.

Put Bradshaw on apparently. It seems no one recalls how poor he is up front competing for balls.

He made he right subs but McCarthy and Davies didn’t do there jobs.

Watch the goal back it is awful from McCarthy it is the exact same error that saw him dropped for months.

The midfield needed re-energising and Morais made a proactive substitution to bring Williams on for Moncur. Moncur in my opinion was having his best game in a Barnsley shirt but he was tiring and I couldn’t see him lasting another 30 minutes whereas both Gardner and Potts do have 90 minutes in their legs more often than not.

As for the McCarthy substitution I thought it was completely the right call albeit forced somewhat due to Moore’s injury. We were winning 2-1 with not long left. Bringing McCarthy on allowed McBurnie to move to a central position and we saw Hammill shift to his favoured left wing. McCarthy also has an incredible engine and again I thought it was the right call by Morais against tiring legs and with Bristol throwing everything at us.

I think that people are looking for issues that aren’t there. We’ve been absolutely awful since January 2017 but often PH avoided criticism due to our promotion campaign, August - December 2016 and the fact that he’s “one of our own”. Unfortunately Morais can’t rely on any of the aforementioned so is fair game in the eyes of many.

    I agree

Any one who wanted to offer Paul Heckingbottom “context” should afford him the same.

Quite right imo. One good chance converted to make it 2-0 or 3-1 and most of the time it's game over. When you're likely to conceded a goal, as we are, then you have to take chances.

You ‘arrest’ your case. Yes it is criminally thought out I suppose.

No it would only be acceptable if he was from barnsley. From the start of the season to leaving heckys wasn't much better.

Stop the whataboutery and answer the question you aren’t a politician. Is a careeer average of 1 win in 5 and 1 in 8 good enough.
