Agree, he was absolutely superb. Really difficult to pick just one today, but for me Mowatt just shaded it. Masterful performance in a midfield that was very congested at times, often with men in green who were not very good at football.

Thought Bahre had a good game and unlucky not to score.

They were all good. Cant go for a defender though as there wasn't much to defend.Hard to choose but seeing as Woodrow got the goal to get us started and ran his socks off all over the pitch I'll go with him. Brilliant free kick from Mowatt though and Bahre should have had another goal, it was a good save. More of the same Saturday please!

I chose Mama, partly cos he needs a boost, and partly cos for a 30 min period where we got three goals in the middle he was virtually unplayable and helped us create a margin from which there was no comeback.Scared them to death.

Mowatt for me. Superb goal, but the lad is superhuman compared to when he first signed.

    He's everywhere. Proper midfield general.

Agreed. How would you compare AW 2019 to CH 2016? Tough call ........ both seem to be the glue that holds their team together. CH worked hard on his game but AW shades it for me. More attacking and naturally gifted.

Ha its reyt. I was thinking whats Andreas Winkler got to do with it? :D
I think Mowatt is a different type of midfielder myself (opinions n that), Conor was more box to box and was a brilliant leader in the middle. Like a Bobby Charlton type. Mowatt is more Brian Howard, more attack minded. Could do with him being more crafty with the referee and he'll make good captain material I reckon.
