I bet there's not much in it though. Sit on coach to airport. Sit waiting for plane to take off. Sit on plane. (Sit waiting for coach) - maybe Sit on coach to hotel. VS - Sit on coach from Watford to Barnsley. Got to be about 160 miles so setting off about 10 am Friday morning after rush hour, could do that in less than 3 hours (sat nav says 2 hours 40 minutes) - it's mostly M1 or are you saying it's the length of one journey that leads to injury? Is there any medical evidence anywhere to back either theory? Just asking
Well longer journeys sat down makes sense to me as having more of a detrimental effect, but I’m no sports scientist. Also I assume if they take a plane it won’t be a big standard economy, it will either be business/first class where they can lay down or maybe even a private jet where they can just lounge about in comfort. We’ll have to see I suppose if/when the vlog shows it.
"It would have taken over 4 hours on a coach" 160 miles in over 4 hours! what speed does the coach go 40 miles an hour on the M1!
Flying from Watford? 1 less than 3 hours by coach via the M1. 2 probably well over an hour on coaches to/from airports plus time waiting in airports and a 30 minute flight. Saving of maybe an hour at most. Just illustrates why the planet is in such trouble, unnecessary and extravagant.
I know I don't understand the logic of travelling on a plane. I get the team building aspect with staying in a hotel but a plane journey doesn't save any time for a 160 mile journey. Bothered about sitting on a coach for 2.5 hours - well stop at the services then!
