you don’t know about the WTO but you want no deal? You should make up Your mind, especially as everyone knew what they voted for
sorry pal, i thought you hadnt realised lol look pomp, we can harp on about what people did and didnt know during the campaign and the subsequent vote, but in all fairness you can say this about every single GE, how many people have a copy of any parties manifesto and how many bother to read them, how many people watch as much politics as myself and many others,(maybe you too?), i'll bet most folk never give bbcqt, party election broadcasts or sunday politics a second glance, many vote for a party simply because their grandfatha did or because a mate tells them to, they dont actually know , in depth , what their policies are. Tony Blair promised a referendum after maastricht was signed, Gordon Brown said he'd give one after the Lisbon treaty, neither time was the subject included in their manifesto but the electorate took them at their word, both knew it was a vote winner There are very few labour mp's who have stuck to their anti eu stance, i do accept we have dozens of mp's who wernt on the political scene when the said treaties were signed but one who has remained principled is Dennis Skinner a man with more experience in politics and the eu than most others in the commons, he knew what he was voting for, he has no fears about divorcing the eu and i trust his judgment,I have yet to see anyone take him on over the EU,
Personally don't like Johnson, but I thought all along that the case would fail, so I'm not surprised with the verdict.
me neither just as I wont be surprised when Boris supporters start claiming he has been cleared of any wrongdoing - which is of course not the same thing at all
