Possibly true...however none of that can be attributed to a Leave vote ....The Mirror's headline is Brexit could trigger WW3 .

No but he inferred it in a very long speech...inferred it to a degree that the Daily Mirror actually asserted it .
Your statement was that the Remain camp never said there would be WW3 , and yet the biggest circulation pro Remain newspaper used it as a headline .

You aren't wrong... But if you want to get into an argument about one side lying, leading people on and generally not giving a stuff about any realism then go ahead :)

Quite happy to oblige...although if you go back on many previous threads you'll find we covered it pretty comprehensively in the past .
In this case FD revisited the subject with an incorrect statement .

Incorrect, The Mirror was not part of the official remain campaign, its a newspaper, you and they may have inferred what Cameron meant but he never mentions world war 3, Boris may have done but it looks like the leave campaigns lies are now being investigated by the CPS

Actually, you can't delete a facebook account. Only disable it. I'm not sure if that affects the content on the account, or just the very basic information on it.

But he doesn't have to. None of them have to. This was the wording of the bill ahead of Parliament voting on the referendum back in 2015. The result was never binding in any way, shape or form.

"This Bill requires a referendum to be held on the question of the UK's continued membership of the European Union (EU) before the end of 2017. It does not contain any requirement for the UK Government to implement the results of the referendum, nor set a time limit by which a vote to leave the EU should be implemented. Instead, this is a type of referendum known as pre-legislative or consultative, which enables the electorate to voice an opinion, which then influences the Government in its policy decisions.......
........The UK does not have constitutional provisions which would require the results of a referendum to be implemented."

Re: You don't need lawyers or judges

Thinking about it, the new EU GDPR 2018 data protection rules I *think* allow data subjects to request deletion of their data, so if it hasn't already it will change in the next couple of years for EU people. The official position on the rules isn't clear for the UK, but companies dealing with EU customers need to comply - although we could make companies spend a fortune implementing it, only to revoke it 10 months later....

So Labour's position now is: 1) We want single market access, customs union membership, etc but 2) We won't block Article 50 under any circumstances.

How does that work then? Is it not akin to: here - you can have my gun, but I'd still like you to hand over the contents of your till please?

We've got border control now, if not why are we spending money on the Borders agency?

The only way we can stop EU citizens from coming in freely is to implement visas for them, which would then leave everyone from here needing a visa to go to Europe. £50+ each per year to go to Spain would be a big boost for their economy...
