We said before the series started all 15 would get a chance so they should be playing tomorrow. Rest up Stokes and his heavily strapped leg. Jos would be the other most obvious choice.

We couldn't really drop Stokes for either of those otherwise we'd be a bowler short. If Stokes can't play bring Willey in for him; then Bairstow and Billings for Roy and Buttler would be what I'd do
