Burton win 3 nil we win 3 nil ,Sunderland draw with Pompey,Bristol rovers win at fleetwood donny lose and Peterborough win
wonder if we might find ourselves ruing the fact we didnt put 5 or 6 past Plymouth. Still just focus on us winning we just need to make sure we get to 94 points and if its not enough so be it. Id hate to drop points at home to Blackpool but it is the trickiest of our last 5 matches
Blackpool are no mugs. They've won 5 times at Oakwell this century alone. I'll be bricking it on Saturday.
Been thinking the same myself. Chances of Luton dropping another 3 pts + 6 goal swing is unlikely, and looking at where Blackpool sit in the table (between Burton and Coventry) didn't exactly fill me with confidence. Just hope the ease of Monday's win doesn't cloud how well we'll have to play on Saturday.
Blackpool on a resurgent time.If we press like know we can can see Blackpool running out of steam in second half and it's all ours if we do what we've been doing.expect a hard first half but expect quality to show second half forecast win for Barnsley.
Sunderland win or draw will leave the nearest team on 87 pts with a game in hand. We win, and we are on 91pts, so it is entirely in our hands. Portsmouth win leaves them (at most) 2 pts adrift with a game in hand and in really good form.
Although that 2nd half of endless chances was wonderful entertainment, I found myself asking the same question at regular intervals.
Blackpool away form this season v the top teams: Luton, Peterboro, Charlton, Sunderland all draws Won at Portsmouth Lost at Donny
The more I look at this fixture the more concerned I get its far too easy to see this finishing with scores level and if that happens we are heavily reliant on other results on Saturday and Tuesday a Pompey win at Sunderland could be disastrous. Much more worried about the Blackpool game than the Bristol one
