What’s he done now? Stendel seems to go through stages of dropping him without reason?

How is Sibbick playing in front of him?

I thought Sibbick played quite well

    Preference would be Cavare though

Could not agree more. Cavare has to start ahead of Sibbick for me on Saturday. I want to give players the benefit but Sibbick for me seems at best a passenger. I know he's young and will probably improve but we need more at full back - a bit of guile and strength and sorry, he doesn't have it yet.

Sibbick looks like that kid who's been shoehorned into
Sunday league team because his dads the manager. Looks way out of his depth...

I must be in the minority here cos I didn’t think he was that bad tonight. Bahre, Thiam and McGeehan to name 3 were a lot worse.

Lad had a good game for me. Thiam, McGeehan & Chapin lost us the game & Bahre was meh.

I don't know where this Sibbick bashing has come from.

I don’t blame Chaplin at all. He’s 5ft 5 and was asked to lead the line on his own. That was never going to work. Wilks up top would’ve been a better option for me. Agree about Bahre but then again I’ve never been a fan....

Sibbik was decent. He’s getting better positionally and he gets a good tackle in. He never convinces me going forward though. I miss Cavare

I do wonder if being in the last year of his contract is a factor. The window is still open for transfers to France etc...

Yet early last season Dimi was lambasted for pushing on and not getting back.
Problem then, as now is the person in front didn't cover and support his runs and protect our flanks from the counter attack. (potts I think).
Browny provided more coverage as a whole in the back half of the season.

Sibbick is alright but he isn't a full back at all.... Cavare and Pinillos should be starting every game practically

Seem to remember cavares 1st game. A lot on here wanted shut. Although I’d probably make him 1st choice at mo. Most want Stendel to sign a new contract but then moan his team selection. Get shut. Will be the chant next. Have a little faith and judge the team long term.

Sibbick is ok until a ball gets put over his head. He spins around that much I’m surprised he doesn’t drill himself into the ground.

Said it before there’s a player in there but I feel we’re hanging him out to dry and in danger of effecting the young lad by relying on him as much as we are.

Dimi has to come in for a few week in my opinion.

Our threadbare squad can't afford to let someone else go when they can't be replaced for four months.

I’d like to think that this would be the primary consideration. But if someone offers money and the player is in his final year....

From Toby's tweets hes wanting to play so hopefully he gets his chance again on Saturday. We need to hang on to getting points at home for as long as possible.
