I can remember when they signed him and supposedly pipped us to him. On their board it sounded like they'd signed the new Michael Owen, talks of top goalscorer and the lot. Think hes got 2 or 3 and one a them is a pen. Sooner have woody all day long.

We did try to sign him, Ganaye confirmed it. As well as Woodrow was the official line I believe, not one or the other.

If I remember rightly, the tv pundits were getting more excited about him.

Woodrow for me all day long.

From reading down the post on their forum it sounds like he's having same issue at Cov as he was at Pompey. Being played on wing when he wants to be up front.

Rather have Woodrow and Moore than Chaplin and Moore that is for sure

I think Woodrow is a great signing and well done to BFC for pulling that one off. I think we did pretty well out of the Bradshaw sale, although I rate tap in Tom, and Woodrow injury was disappointing, I think we are stronger. Much prefer the club to sign players slightly off the radar like Cauley, rather than paying top dollar for maybe better known players. Be nice if we could pull another rabbit out the hat in January.

Jayden Stockley from Exeter would be a good signing if available. 3 good strikers then.
