Sorry for the political post but things have now descended to a level that seemed impossible at one time in this country, the morals of our politicians have evaporated completely and most of us arnt even sure who represents what anymore....just a view but..... Cameron...."I'll abide by the people decision".....then lost and legged it May...."Here's the Deal"...but despite losing by the biggest rejection in parliaments history wouldn't resign even when her own side told her to go. only forced out because she would have lost to Corbyn. ( Had this happened just 20/25 years ago resignation would morally have been the only action) Corbyn….Voiced support for the IRA plus any Iran/Iraq actions, not to mention Middle Eastern groups who he allegedly has sympathy for, even his own lot don't see em getting elected while he's there. ( Had Chuka Umunna stuck to his aim to be labour party leader the party would be in power now) Boris......Were about to have this "Person" forced upon us who's only declared policy other than we'll leave the EU with no deal is to reduce the tax burden for the rich and higher rate tax payer.. ( Not us then) Has now made it cool to declare "Ye I took drugs"...!!! Also anyone who believes he's just an idiot is sadly mistaken he's a true blue blood bred for the role and raised with class beliefs conservative who has no understanding of the common man, listen to the discussion about suspending Parliament, where's OUR democracy then, …..just my opinion, feel free to correct if I'm wrong
Post proof of Corbyns support of these groups and I don’t mean the Scum,Fail and Torygraph , Your ignorance of Corbyn leads me to think your probably off the mark with the others . I’ll make my opinion on what I know rather than what I’m told by biased sources and I’d urge you to do the same otherwise we’ll be ruled by Murdoch etc , oh hold on
Advocating actually talking to the IRA to come to a peaceful agreement = "supporting" the IRA. Another gullible fool suckered in by the Daily Heil.
Sigh..... I think you may be wasting your breath on that one Marlon. The failure of a single anti Corbyn poster to highlight one single Labour Party policy that they believe to be extremist has caused many to now go for Corbyn. At a time when we have ‘Leaders like Farage, Johnson, Raab, etc...... that is truely breathtaking.
So Cameron stuck to his word, yep heard him say it myself May took the moral route, despite her own MP's openly discussing that she should go, again heard it myself Quite sure if Mr Corbyn was accused of anything he felt was untrue and damaging he would sue.....no case yet also listen to question time or the politics shows on radio where in discussion people like us clearly state he will never get elected ( Yes I would love a Labour government, god knows we need it) and if were being influenced by the press/TV their the ones depicting Boris as a Clown, i'm more aware that the Mail/ Torygraph are showing this side of him to hide his real agenda, which won't benefit Labour supporters like me... Opinions based on what ya know is from what you read, see, hear mainly from some media source...same as
Quite open in my belief we won't get elected while he's labour leader, similar to the Thatcher/Major period where the true socialists couldn't get them out...until Tory Tony turned up...
Also strange that the only replies are from the "Your anti Corbyn group" the post was about morals In politics and mentions 4 politicians not just Mr Corbyn.....
You made demonstrably correct points about two of the other three and their behaviour in office. It's difficult to argue with your point about Johnson. But when it comes to Corbyn you spoke about "support for the IRA" (which is debatable) and alleged sympathy for middle eastern terrorist groups. Surely you can see how that's the weakest part of your post? Not aimed at you, but let's not forget that this is a guy who got torn to pieces in the last election for declining to say with quite enough vigour that he'd push the button and unleash nuclear armageddon. Now suddenly he's supposed to have been rubbing his hands with glee after every suicide bomber and sniper shooting of the last fifty years.
You lost all credibility imo with your Corbyn accusation by just peddling the media speel instead of the facts . He never supported the IRA
My best mate is a Sheffield Utd supporter. I talk to him, I go out for drinks with him, I've been for meals at his house as he has at ours. I've sided with him in arguments with Wednesday and L€€ds supporters. Does this make me a Sheffield Utd supporter ?
Cos football clubs and political militia groups are the same thing i have a friend who likes crocheting, I go for drinks with her, had meals in her house. Does that make me a crochet supporter? (In a word - no. It's brain melting)
Boris loves to laugh. That dosen’t make him a clown. People who believe Boris is a fool are a fool themselves.
Thanks for a reasoned response, as I said correct me if i'm wrong, sadly he seems to leave himself open to this sort of accusation with the way he puts his point across. He has asked for proof of Irans recent involvement but the Mail and others will use this to paint him as a terrorist sympathiser, he undoubtedly is right but needs to be cleverer, as I type this the news is on and he is being accused of said sympathies
All without proof though , the media are frightened to death of labours policies , let’s not forget they are taking away their feeding bags and giving us some of the nutrition .
Yes you are right in as much as some accusations are open to debate, I didn't post on the recent Corbyn thread as I really hold the belief that he is not going to be elected, maybe leaving himself open to being painted badly shows political naivety. he reminds me of Micheal Foot, a true socialist but again looked unelectable...sadly we need to shift this lot and will need an acceptable face to do it. thanks for your response....
The media are scared.... as you always say to me where is your proof? In a day and age where media and news is mainly social media...? So if you’re saying that the general public are worried about Corbyn being PM, I think we may agree...
