Brilliant just Brilliant , it seems so long since those early games . Really enjoyed these thanks for making them COYR
how unlucky those young lads were in early games, tried and tried, just naivety got better of them, we got our just deserts in end, great bunch of young lads who tried every game
About half-way watching this with my kids and just felt I had to say what a fantastic effort this video is. It's the best end of season video I've ever seen. The way it uses dates and tells the narrative of the season is superb. The editing is wonderful, splicing artistic shots with unseen footage which also takes In the social context in and around the club and community. Great use of short interviews. I love how each game as well as the goals also takes in the controversial talking points which you'd be discussing pint in hand after a game. It's a beautifully balanced documentary and I can't praise it highly enough. Thanks Whitey: we're lucky to have someone as passionate about his craft as you are.
Great stuff. Turned a long, boring prospect of an afternoon into a great time watching us beat the odds. Really hope we can build on this. So many variables about next season, who knows what could happen!
Yes probably, but not everyone reads this forum and trawls through BFC twitter / BFC youtube. Some people may just look at the BFC website and BFC Ifollow and therefore would miss things like this. EDIT. at least put a link to it on the main club website.
We will get it on ifollow soon. The size of the file (18gb) caused an issue yesterday, it failed to appear on there. But we’ll sort it. But not until Monday, as since yesterday we’ve been off work for the first time in six months.
I’ll be honest, I was a little bit put off by the duration. But I’ve just watched it now. A great watch (more so in the second half of it of course) and a very well done to whoever put it all together. Getting emotional with the ending again.
Enjoyed it but it illustrated how many changes have take place since the season commenced. It handled the end of Daniel Stendel's time diplomatically and the size of the task undertaken by Gerhard Struber which ended so dramatically.
An update - due to some planned changes to the video platform that is iFollow (it seems the EFL are upgrading it, fingers crossed) we are unable to put anything on there for the next week or two. Just so you know. We'll be using YouTube/social media more in the meantime, should we need to put any videos out. And cheers! Had an enjoyable weekend in Harrogate. Not quite the two-week trip to the Amalfi coast but what can we do. I'll go there next summer, when hopefully the Reds will have finished mid-table or better.
I'd not heard much about Amalfi, so I thought I'd quickly Google it. Wow! It looks wonderful. The Big Lils are hoping to have a bit of a break in North Wales this Autumn. I doubt very much the Irish Sea will be the same colour as the Med!
