    Don't worry, he hasn't re-signed.

He's gone to Birmingham on a season long loan. Good move for him considering how non existent he was for us.

Brum have also signed Omar Bogle since the EFL have relaxed the transfer embargo on the cheats - the EFL should grow some & deal with the cheats (incl QPR)

Once Mahoney got a bit of fitness behind him he started to look good.

Again, coming in playing for Morais was hardly going to do a young lad much good.

Mahoney was brilliant at Leeds and at home against Brentford. Had some ******* stinkers before that.

One thing not been fit when he came on against Fulham he looked like he just couldn't be arsed. And if a young professional footballer isn't fit enough to make a sub apperance for 20 minutes may aswell call it a day.

From what I've read Birmingham s squad is pretty small so are being allowed to sign up to 5 players but with conditions attached . On an additional note wednesdays have been on a transfer embargo since April but for some reason chansri failed to mention it till it got revealed yesterday . I would nt mind but they ve been running a transfer megathread over at owlstalk all summer......

Ok fair enough. I’m not his agent! I just think he’s a talented young lad, who got a move to the premier league but was without football for best part of a year. So his form and fitness went backwards. He came in when we had a head coach who not a single player had a clue what he wanted or what they were being asked to do, with some not even clear which position he wanted them to take.

Yeah not denying he was talented but that one particular game was a joke it was like he just didn't want to be here. Heckys last home game in charge I do believe.

Remember his debut for us against Sheff Weds he actually looked like he had never played a game before he was that woeful.

Combined the work ethic of Deon Burton with the memorable presence of Phil Gridelet.
