Thing is I couldn’t imagine 5ft 6 Chaplin being a replacement for a 6ft 4 Kieffer Moore anyway as there totally different types of players.

    Why can't we have both?

We clearly think highly of him if that’s the case.

Maybe a 6’4” centre forward doesn’t fit in well with how the gaffer wants us to play?

I’m hoping we don’t sell Kieffer - but if we do and Chaplin is the replacement, it is clear we are taking a different approach up front.

I'm underwhelmed by the signing to say the least but I'll give him a chance, for 1million its slot rather have that striker who Coventry had on loan who looked a handful at oakwell last season.

he will have a different coaching regime with us and a different way of playing, it could unlock his potential.

I think Stendel worked wonders with a good hand last season. He made do and mended things. Firstly when Woodrow was injured then when Moore was injured. Two up top worked with the players available.

What's saying his preferred option is an adaptable 4-3-3 to 4-5-1 and he needed a summer window to bring in his sort of players to play that system.

Last season Winkler said that Potts was playing because he was too good to leave out but they knew the wing wasn't his position. That says to me had we a ready to go winger at the time Potts wouldn't have played.

I've the utmost faith in Stendel. If that means selling Moore I'd be happy providing we had cover at left back and maybe signed another centre back and solid midfield general.

I never said he was off... I'm just going by what everyone is saying. I hope he doesn't go.
