Mine both worked down the pit as did all my uncles. One grandad died of the pit disease (25 years later my man got a 100 quid from the NCB for it). Other grandad Dunkirk, fought again prisoner of war came back built a better world for the baby boomer generation. When he was in hospital towards the end he looked round and said to me. We built this me and my dead mates we fought and died so that our children wouldn't live the lives that we did and our parents did. Never forget. Into his 70s he would walk up to National Front/BNP and tell they should be ashamed blaming immigrants for their own deficiencies. Blaming those who had fought with us for our countries woes. Today he would probably clout UKIPpers who slagged off Poles.

Now he really would be turning in his grave as the sons and daughters of his mates allow all those things all those victories paid for with blood and honour to wither and die. He would despise the baby boomers who have taken and don't want their kids to have a better life than they did. He would deplored he would ******* hate the pillocks who allow the national health to be flogged off. Who allow free education for all to be a memory. He who hate those who spread hatred and bile. He would hate those who support robbing dinners from kids who and the houses of those who have worked all their life. Those who sell his victories down the river and support tax evader and avoiders There the ones he would despise with every bone in his body. He'd have a ******* field day taking those who defend this to shreds. There the ones he would have gone for not those defending his legacy.

Aye some of us like to deal in facts rather than Ill informed prejudice. It's a curse.

The chap asked me a question I gave him an answer.

Anyway back to dead grandparents. Voting for those who privatise education of betrayal of working class lads who went to war to fight for a better future. Seems more important.

You asked me if I had ever done any research into voting patterns. I gave you and answer. Just because you didn't like the answer don't go all sulky pants.

Anyone who thinks that the Conservative Party are their friends are deluded. Theresa May will be finding that out soon. They don't spend millions on losers, unlike Sheffield Wednesday. x

you have completely gone away from the point i made, instead choosing to give me a lecture about your grand dad and his views on the bnp, maybe you are in another discussion somewhere else and have got a little muddled up because i wasnt taking about the bnp or immigrants

the point was about our pensioners supposedly fleecing the country dry, something i dont feel they did.

Not keen on the triple lock then? Unless it's tight and there's a pensioner's head inside it.

Nah I said that those who sell those ideas down the river are the enemy of the elderly and a lot of the poor the dirt poor lads would attack those who are selling them out. You started the dead grandad theme.

When I had a free Uni. education I lived in Glasgow and didn't go to Uni in Exeter or some place miles from home. Nurses did not go to University but learnt their trade on the job. They lived in nurses homes, didn't get pregnant (despite the fact that there was no pill). And built their careers from a Hospital near where they lived.

There were no University courses for media studies and the like, and day release for further education was paid for by the company for whom you worked.

It is of little surprise that Blair introduced tuition fees having upgraded Poly and Technical colleges to full University status. Having done this Labour introduced privatisation of the NHS and Education with their costly PFI. Labour also was responsible for the introduction of food banks, the open borders, the reduction of Maggie's rebate, plus the selling of 50% of our gold reserves - let alone the pension scandal.

I cannot understand with anyone with a grain of sense voting for Labour. The dreamworld of Corbyomics would send the country into bankruptcy, with Labour voters losing their jobs with open borders, companies relocating, and higher taxes.

What the **** are you talking about now you utter cretin? Not content with making pathetic racist posts about all Muslims and trying to belittle the younger generation by demeaning them and referring to them as children you are now taking pot shots at nurses.
I'm glad you didn't vote for the same party as me because I would be ashamed to share any political beliefs with somebody like you

It is not nice to call someone an utter cretin.

As someone who is shackled for life to a fully qualified nurse who did not go to university (I know I'm beginning to sound like someone else on here who's always been there topped it done it etc.) then with a bit of personal experience I wonder where you're coming from here.

Perhaps you're further up the Friday night drinking tree.

But the quote you chose to highlight is not cretinous. To me. Or the wife (I ran it past her).

    You are absolutely beneath contempt.

I can't be arsed to pick apart everything but let's play ******** bingo. Starter for 10. Which political party began the Pfi process? Was it A) John Major's Conservative Party. B) John Major''s Conservative Party or C) Both of the above. You can phone a friend if the question is too hard.

It is not nice to call young adults children to say that all Muslims are liars or to say that trainee nurses are unable to stop themselves getting pregnant.
