Corned beef hash

    Could anyone give me the definitive recipe for this dish?

    Is the potato mashed, cubed or sliced?

    Don't know but my recipe.....

    Cubed potatoes
    Carrots sliced
    Onions sliced
    Peas
    One Oxo Cube
    One beef stock cube
    Sprinkling of gravy granules to thicken it up

    Cook through in pressure cooker, add corned beef at last minute and turn the gas off let it simmer

    Stir and serve with a slice of bread and butter...Nice!

    Is this proper corned beef hash or using corned beef out of a tin?

    Either way I don't know - never had it.

    Now sliced up corned beef with potato scallops - nice
