    Reading between the lines it appears Hecky has been carrying out the role of CEO since Ben left last summer. I dont want to criticise Linton but it seems from what I've read that he didnt have the experience and sometimes that can cause more problems. (Morsey?) I could be wrong. Also if Hecky is the Manager and Clapham is the Assistant Manager who is the first team Coach? As Ive said before there isnt another Championship club where the manager/Head Coach has to cover all these roles. As a matter of interest HT look at all the support Conte has got although you cant really compare clubs/managers in different leagues. So as I said just compare with others in this division. How long would you put up with this, lifelong supporter or not especially with some of the comments on here. If he left with Clapham there would be no first team coach, Head coach, Assistant HC and no CEO. Oh yeah and no first team. Has anyone considered that Heckys contract runs out in a few weeks. If i were him and i read HTs posts I think sod it Im off.

    If Hecky read hemsworths posts then he'd also read all the ones around it.

    No idea if he's aware of what is said on here or not but if he is then he will know that 99.9% of us are 100% behind him.

    None of us claim he's not made any mistakes himself, but within the parameters the club continually lay on him and with always shifting goalposts, I think the vast majority know exactly what a magnificent job he does.

    If he was any better we'd have no chance of him staying, in fact I believe that in the end we will lose him.

    Just not yet please, if you're reading Paul!

    Fortunately he doesn't need to go to Russia, Sweden's much nicer this (or any) time of year. Frimpong's stellar career has now reached the dizzy heights of AFC United of Eskilstuna who, with the help of our 'hero' naturally sit rock bottom of the Swedish league without a win.

    Any psychiatrist's on here? Surely there must be a term for Hemmsy's unnatural phobia of anybody who is popular and particularly good at their job?
