Them 3 are better players for now, but Hourihane is getting better and better every year and will no doubt get a call up to ROI squad very soon, that's why Keane was at the match yesterday.
Thank goodness for sky sports then. You can then watch your beloved Real Madrid Barcelona Manchester United Manchester City etc etc. You really are starting to boil my piss with your attitude to a club I have SUPPORTED all my life.
Over reaction to one defeat against a team who played great first half . On another day we would have won the game in the second half . But credit to Reading, move on to next Saturday and kick on again
I've never known a Barnsley 'fan' to be so irrationally critical of some of our players. Quite astonishing.
No you don't have to have the ability to play it at all. It's a great asset to have but we're a team that predominantly attacks down the wings & counters quickly so it's not as important for us to have a ball playing centre back than it is for a lot of other clubs. I feel you live in cloud cuckoo land in regards to you suggesting Blackett & Moore as potential signings, they'll be on far more money than any of our players. If you match their wage demands you break the clubs wage structure. Baffled why you're criticising Roberts anyway, his distribution has continued to improve in the last year & he was good yesterday. The block in the first 5 minutes stopped an almost certain goal.
The more I read your posts the more I'm convinced your not just a wind but are very unknowledgable of the subject but trying to hide this in nonsensical attacks on our players and thinking you know absolutely everything when the reverse is clearly obvious to all.
You don't support them, you drag them down. You are famous for it. Not just on this board, but on the terraces. I doubt you even know what the word support means... And you certainly know very little about what it really means to follow Barnsley. No matter how many games you attend. It's also well understood, you don't spend your own money on football. You are supported by other means. The irony is painful.
By the people questioning my support of the team I bet you're the people that will be making the journey to the south coast on Saturday.
No one claims you don't go, we know you do. We're questioning whether you actually support Barnsley. Attending and supporting are two entirely different things.
Any chance you could elaborate on your final statement? I'm imagining a Pip like charachter from Great Expectations? I'm intrigued.
Jay. It hurts when they lose. I'm happier when they win than anything else. I care so much and that's why I put the things I do. I'm a massive football fan and watch a lot of matches but non of it comes close to watching Barnsley play. Ups and downs.
