Definitely agree but look at Forest today, Hughton gone a couple of days ago and they pick up their first win of the season. Blackpool is must win for me (even this early in the season) but I do think Forest will be a tough game.
I'm slating us for what I witnessed today and over all the past league games. 1 win in how many now? 6 goals in how many games?
And 2 losses in a shocking run of fixtures with only how many goals conceded? Yes we aren't firing up front, but we're missing how many first team bodies now? Just show a little patience instead of expecting us to smash teams 5-0 every game, when we're missing so many first team players. Don't judge us after a handful of games with a threadbare squad. I'm logging off for tonight now. You can all moan with each other.
Threadbare or not some of our tactics and lineups have not got the best out of the available squad. Odour up front can't be justified when we have so many actual strikers missing out. High balls to Woodrow's head when he refuses to jump for balls cannot be justified. We have injuries but that doesn't justify poor decisions like these
Typical mentality of a lot of Barnsley folk who will accept any old **** (not just at football either). We're blaming injuries and suspensions like we're the only club affected! Schopp has until league game 23 to show what he can do.
To be fair I actually agree we haven't been great, and some of the stuff I've seen hasn't been encouraging. I get that. But I just don't get how we can write something off 8 games into a season. If its still the same at around the halfway point, then I'll probably have a different view point.
this argument about only playing top 10 sides is stupid. we could play until christmas hardly playing a team in the bottom 10 the way positions change early on in the league
