Saw Little and Large many years ago on one of the piers in Blackpool, the same show had Frank Carson, Jim Davidson and Norman Collier on the bill...definately the funniest show I've ever been to
    RIP Eddie

Me and some mates (boys and girls) went to see them at theatre in 1978. We were only 12 - proper grown-up night out. We were the T-Birds, the girls were the Pink Ladies :) Happy days. God how he made us laugh. Supported by Tammy Jones and Roy Walker!!

This bloody virus could take more celebs from us then Operation Yewtree.

This is one where the death was down to his heart and he then picked up the virus according to BBC news.

Yes exactly. He was in hospital with heart failure where he was dying but as he contracted coronavirus in hospital he is now included in the stats.

Its an absolutely crazy way to report deaths imo.

Norman Collier was pure genius. Genuine comedy without any obscene language or racist overtones. His shows at our
local Working Men's Club used to be packed out when he was billed to appear.

Little and Large are on a radio advert running now. Until recently when the add started running I hadn't heard or seen them for years. RIP.

RIP EDDIE. saw them on several occasions. Another class double act. .
Your comment re Norman Collier. He flopped first time I saw him he struggled to get the audience going. He was on the bill at another show and I thought we'd have to suffer like the first time. Couldn't have been more wrong. He brought the house down. What with his faulty Mike so to speak and his Reliant Robin door sketch. ( Not forgetting his chicken as someone else mentioned. )

Great double act , saw them in Panto a couple of times , hilarious . Talking to Sid in his restaurant at Strawberry Fields pub in Fleetwood before a match a few years ago , said Eddie wasn’t well then . RIP

Rip - but note the language - he died ‘with’ coronavirus not from it - this is the big issue with a lot of the numbers blowing this whole thing up. If they find it in the system on death even if it didnt kill em then its being recorded as a coronavirus death.
