England into the Semi's

Can we just notice how good this team are?

They are a brilliant team.

The biggest strength to this teams Ben Stokes and Moeen Ali. They allow you to have a 5/6/7 that can take away games of cricket from any team in the world. 7 top class batters and England had 6 1/2 bowlers today but only use 5.

I'll say this now.We've got a chance to win this Trophy and that's brilliant.

 

Quality team but need to win the tournament while we're playing so well.

We've a good team and hopefully they reach their potential and win it. Be a good game Saturday with Australia needing the win.

 

Absolutely. We'll never get a better chance to do it. 6 bowlers plus Root gives us options. Proper batting down to 9 do we can keep whacking it. Home conditions. We'll lose the final!

I remember losing to the windies in the final when nobody gave them a chance. Nailed on.

 

Yes exactly credit where its due to England here, but we must make it count when it counts now, and that means in the latter stages of the competition.
Ohh and it might have gone unnoticed on Sunday (for obvious other reasons), but well done to Yorkshire as well for smacking the Lancies in the County champship.

 

I listened to it on the Radio on Sunday. Goodwin and puts them int the chase for the CC. I had hoped to get to Headingley on Saturday but couldn't make it.

Germany in the semis, isn't it? No problem there.......oh oh!

 

They do have a cricket team. They are in one of the lower divisions I think.

 

We could have done without Hampshire picking up a lucky win yesterday (against a terrible Warwickshire team), and they have gone clear at the top of the table for now.

 

I'm not too worried about Hampshire yet. Surrey and Middlesex are the big two for me. Essex will drop when they lose Alistair Cook

 

Actually Im not looking at Middlesex as a threat anymore, they are unbeaten so far but they havent been good enough to win a game either.
As for our Yorkies, we've got a Qtr final against Surrey to plan for soon and I do hope we can win one of these One day Cups this year. For some reason we keep blowing it from the Qtrs onwards!

 

Surrey are a good one day team. A lot of cricket coming up for Yorkshire.
