Out of all the years we've spent at this level since the 2006 promotion, only 2 seasons haven't involved a relegation battle. Those being last season and when Mark Robins was manager. Out of all those battles, we only fell short once, under Danny Wilson. All the rest were brilliant. The run under Flitcroft, culminating in a memorable game at Huddersfield, and the "must win" games away at Plymouth and Southend were special as well. I don't think we'll do enough to be away from this season's scrap. I'm just hoping we're still in with a shout for the last few games, and can have that excitement again. I know it's not much to aspire to, but it is what it is.
