First time a problem with iFollow

Worked like a dream up to now, tried to redeem my voucher code today and it's not getting past the 'payment details' section. The voucher is recognised but when I press 'pay' just does nothing.

Do I trust iFollow to rectify this?

 

Some people’s previous payment cards have been deleted. Try adding a new one if you can as it won’t take any money off it anyway.

 

Have you previously paid by pay pal...you now have to enter credit card details

 

I had a similar thing this morning, it just ignored clicking on the pay button. However further up there’s another button that says ‘pay using this card’. Clicking on that worked fine for me. Obviously just check that the code is still discounting the amount due!

 

As others have said (and I can confirm) that you need to re-enter your credit card details to pay

I did used to do PayPal and obviously for away games I've paid on card etc.
