I understood it was tonight. Whichever it was, the main thing is that it confirms that he is in Barnsley. Only one reason for that Mes Amie's i.e he will be having a photo call with Gauthier tomorrow.
No more from me mate unless it’s on the Austrian (still not agreed, confidence dwindling). Not commenting on any more transfer activity now. Reason being can be seen in this thread. Folk at me again.
I would suggest this is the board listening to hecky and getting him who he wants. Meaning it is hecky not a spreadsheet now picking players if true.
What's not to like? Using a loan slot for Ashley instead of using a loan slot for Ugbo - total no brainer imo. And (no matter what Bradshaw says) doesn't Fletch average a goal a game for us at Oakwell so far this season ?
Bang on when you look at it like this, ugbo wasn't ready for this league we have seen Fletcher was class in league one and although he is unproven in the championship a run of games and I'm sure he will get upto speed.
Good Thread, I do hope you’re right, if not it’s cheered me up, for tonight anyway. RAC chin up mate, and tell em to Bollo!!!!, keep it coming Chris, it’s what this is all about.
Agreed, we won't know how good Ash will be at this level until he's had a run of consecutive appearances in a system that suits him under a manager who knows his game, but as he was integral to the original effort to get us back up to the Championship, surely he's worth a punt at this point? I reckon most of us would have jumped at the chance of keeping him had it been offered us in summer 2016.
Would love to believe this, but if this is the same "Barnsley Loyal" on twitter then I very much doubt Fletcher, Mcburnie and Eastwood are all signing.
