One of my cousins has been up from Poole for the wekeend. His brother supports the Saints and he is a big Hammers fan. He admitted, he has to pick his games cos he can't really afford a Season ticket. His best mate " Trigger" has one for himself and his 16 year old daughter. On the occasions she can't travel up for the game, Trigger invites my cousin to use her ticket. There is a photo on the card and there are overhead cameras on the turnstiles. Recognising the problem, what West Ham do, is allow anyone using a Junior ST to phone up and pay the difference between the " Junior" ST rate and the adult ticket rate. On the occasions that Trigger and his daughter can't attend a fixture, the Club re-sell his tickets which are in a really good spot within the Stadium. If they sell them, they give him a credit towards the cost of his tickets for the next season. Who agrees, is that a good idea.??!!
