he pulled up chasing a long ball into the far corner about 5 mins before halftime but seemed to run it off
That’s now three gone down with the same sort of injury. Twos a coincidence but three begins to look like a trend. Something changed with training?
he didnt stop sharp and grab it, it was just a slight hop and rubbing it walking back for the watford goal kick, possibly more of a slight tweek and precaution i hope than a big injury
Be a big loss so hopefully just precautionary. Wasnt convinced by this signing initially, mainly due to the underwhelming reviews from MK Dons fans. But looks to be the best fullback we've had since Yiadom. Excellent going forward and equally effective in defence.
It’s the relentless games, after no proper preseason and little to no break. Muscle injuries were inevitable. I saw him pull up before half time, you don’t run off a hammy. He played on but I wasn’t surprised to see him taken off at half time. We are dreadfully short at right back now - how long is Williams out for?
He's a very good player and a very good find. He looks settled straight away as though he's played for us for a season or more. He also doesn't look out of place in the Championship which makes me wonder why someone else hasn't given him a chance. Not complaining though
I think not having a proper post season break, no proper pre-season and 2 games a week every week will probably be the issue.
That point where he pulled the ball back to Chaplin in the first half sign of a quality player said it last week - has a brain on him
You're most likely right, but (and I haven't looked) are other teams getting this many similar types of injuries?
