Starts now for the BOARD let the players go on holiday etc etc.
Let’s get our Business done early so whoever is the new Coach/ Manager can work hard with new players and ones who stop to fight for the cause.
What happens between now and the start of the new season depends on YOU,

Defining season for the board. Hopefully they've got their initial cockups out of the way and learned their lessons.

All eyes are going to be on Flatman and Sormaz. Their first major decision was sacking Collins, which for me they got wrong. Probably the biggest squad rebuild I can remember is ahead of us, plus a(nother) new manager.

What fans want to see is a quick manager appointment and solid, early recruitment. Let's see.

I don't disagree with sacking Collins - under him we were going backwards, and our players that looked the part last season looked worse (and of lower sale value). Bit harsh to do just before the playoffs, but they were worried about not making them and wanted to give us the best potential chance. He’d have been gone in the Summer anyway, so are we really any worse off?

All I ask is we don't wait till June/July to appoint.

Tbf you don't know he'd have been gone in the Summer. He could have got us to Wembley and won. We'll just never know. Don't get me wrong, I think Collins has been a poor appointment. The reason I think they got it wrong was that I don't believe it actually changed anything. in the end they just gave it to the coaching staff and hoped for the best.
