anyone had dealing contesting a planning application, someone put in a application to build at back of house which will block dun and my view

 

Apart from contacting the planning dept. At the council , I'm not sure.

 

Just wondering chances of me getting it stopped really

 

If you make a written objection it may well have to go before the Planning Committee when you can go along and voice your objections but be prepared for some smart-@rse speaking on behalf of the applicant being there as well. If it goes down that route the Committee will vote on it so you may have a chance.

 

Nearly an architect here. Worked on plenty of contentious stuff. Pm me if you want some info.

 

Thanks , al give them a ring in morning to voice my concern s and lodge a written statement about my reasons for my objection s , I work in the construction industry so I shall enquire at work also . I will pm you later if I require further advice thank you
