Hecky was left to do the CEO job until Ganaye's appointment. Ganaye has been in post for 8 months or so, and Hecky's frustration has noticeably grown in that time. The takeover was inevitable, but generated a great deal of uncertainty whilst it was going on. I didn't refer to any individuals. I said the club needs to look inwardly at everything that happened in that time (some unavoidable, some not) to understand how it managed to disengage a manager with a huge connection to the club in such a short-space of time. If it doesn't then we'll just repeat the process with the next one.
