Too close in time to the first, and a weak ref maybe?

Haven’t seen it, stuck at work

Both commentator and summariser thought it was not a 2nd bookable offence. I thought the ref had a decent game tonight. Not perfect and missed a few handballs, but did not fall for the poor attempts by Burton appealing for penalties. Kept his cards in his pocket on few occasions when some others wouldn't have.

In fairness he did have a good game. I am however certain he would have booked Daniel had he not been on a yellow.

Didn’t do anything to stop their time wasting though. Stendel was going mad. Not sure how he only added 3 minutes on.

Don't remember many injury stoppages (although there were a lot of substitutions). Perhaps he got bored like most of us and decided to put us out of our misery rather than prolong the agony :(
