with another team during the season.

If your thinking, hey. Brain Scramble i'm talking about Jeff Schlupp who having a trial at Manchester United.

Say it was Reuben who went away again and they are taking there time, What would you think?

Personally i wouldn't like it. It's ok if the players 15/16/17 but not 20 and i and around the first team surely.

On loan with a view to a permanent deal. Happens all the times with players from 16 to 36. I don't see what the big deal is

They've just said he's on TRIAL.
    not LOAN TRIAL ST.
apparently he's been there since the end of January.

    Never mind that, Phil.

What i want to know is this - are Marlon Harewood, Jason Scotland and Ben Alnwick undeserving of a contract at Oakwell?

When you send your player to another club for him to play for them with a view to signing for him permanently it is the same thing to your club whether that is called a loan or a trial

    No it's not.
    Trial and loans are different.
I don't think Jeff could play first team football. He's not registered with Manchester.

Didn't Flinders go on trial at Wigan or Chelsea during the season?

Leicester are obviously allowing him to go there and train/play for their under-21s, and it's understandable considering the amount of players Pearson has borrowed off Fergie over the years. Pretty sure he wasn't playing a part in their squad anyway, and they'll get a decent fee if he was to move there permanently. Don't really see the issue, personally.

So what is the difference to Leicester city then?

Loan: He goes to manchester united for a while. If they like him they sign him, if they don't he comes back.
Trial: He goes to manchester united for a while. If they like him they sign him, if they don't he comes back.

NO. Isn't Ben on a two year contract anyway. If any of there excuse is ive got a family, or we are having a baby then no. IT's spain.

A lot of of the premier league clubs have been to Dubai recently. They are all expected to go. Every player. Wayne Rooney's got children, Rio Ferdinand's got Children..... No excuse. Get on that plan and make sure you say bye and you'll be away for more than 4 days.

From what you read/ hear then Real Madrid players will not see there family's for more than a hour until after Manchester united game. They spend all there time in hotels.

Today Flitcroft said he and the players need to make every sacrifice possible. He WILL now know which players are willing to do that and which aren't. He's got any excuse ready for when they come to him and say why aren't i in team. He can simply say. Go and see your family.

If you are talking about Bobby Hassell again, you are MILES wide of the mark.....

So why are they all deserving of contracts even though they chose not to go but Hassell isn't because he chose not to go?

I'm talking aboutALL the players that didn't go RedStar. Someone the other day said he didn't go along with five more.

If there actually injured then maybe that's ok. Depends.

but if its Baby/ Family or another way. I couldn't care less than that i'm not too happy about that.

How has a thread about a Leicester City lad going to Manure on trial ,become a tirade against Hassell?
