    We’d be mid table because some of the teams in this league are dire.

    Middlesbrough, Birmingham, Derby, Wigan, Millwall, Wednesday, Charlton were all poop.

    We brought 4 young centre backs in last summer.
    They were chosen not just on their ability to defend but also on their ability to bring the ball out - to pass the ball - and to attack.
    The recruitment team and the owners brought these players in on good faith.
    Its been the only blemish on what was a good summer recruitment.
    Th centre backs recruitment hasn't worked - and as a consequence we are where we are.
    In time these young centre back pairings will come good.
    The Championship dosen’t allow a team that time.

    My Bristol City-supporting boss says the same. He can't believe they are where they are. Apparantly they've been very poor this season and the fans are frustrated. And they're still in contention, after a 3-0 home defeat to West Brom. As for us, individual mistakes have cost us dear, but we're still in it. Does make you wonder though..
