    If I was a young footballer, I'd probably rent in either Sheffield or Leeds city centre if I could drive. If I had a girlfriend/Wife it'd probably be a little bit further out and further out still if I had kids. I doubt I'd buy until it got towards the end of my career or had kids so needed somewhere more stable.
