Dreadful service. Whoever owns ifollow must be laughing their co<k off, managing to get away with charging people. Absolute $hite. I missed every goal. I saw all the other 20 chances we missed though..
And bugger me if my stream didn't end again after the replay of the second goal at the end. FFS. Still haven't seen it!
Yes, very tinny. Intermittent faults all night I am afraid. I've always said how good iFollow coverage is, because it has been for me, but I didn't like losing coverage for ten minutes and missing a goal. Especially after what followed, with chance after chance wasted. Still, not really complaining. Great night's work for the Reds. Every player was on his game today - just the old problem of not punishing weak opposition. We should have had TEN
I’m still waiting for my £10 back from the last home game - get auto replies to emails in the main Tonight I was lucky cos, when ifollow went down, I quickly shifted to sky’s red button, just in time to miss the 3rd goal! For goodness sake
Poor service & tinny sound at times on the commentary- what I will say though is I liked Matt Bailey’s commentary (I usually do), even more so given the fact that his dad died in the early hours. So much respect for him at this difficult time!
Not fit for purpose?? Nonsense!! Don't know what you are all complaining about.... When I chatted with the very 'nice lady' as my annual service had been garbage at the end of last season....i.e. pixelation regularly, blackouts, buffering. I pointed out my speed check was giving me over 20Mb/s (sufficient for 4K) and if I streamed Netflix or Prime I had crystal clear images with surround sound so the issue was not at my end and that I would not be renewing. and cancelling the automatic renewal, she got quite stroppy and actually said that " I was the only one complaining"... "why do you think that is?" the obvious implication that I was lying!! One of the worst services/customer services outfits I have ever encountered. I sympathise with season ticket holders in UK since they have paid to watch matches live and are getting the same poor iFollow service as people abroad in Europe who are 'only' paying around 160 euros for an annual pass. IF and it might well happen, it continues for the entire season , it makes 'loyalty' to their club a very expensive choice. rather like paying for a meal out at your favourite restaurant every week but not being able to go and, instead, being emailed a menu each week.
